About Us:

ASI has developed a budget allocation process for campus entities seeking ASI funds. These entities include but are not limited to ASI Administration, ASI Entities, the Division of Student Affairs, recognized student organizations and other special requests.  A written process increases efficiency, creates a consistent ASI funding process, maintains oversight of ASI allocated money, and allows for the opportunity to request funding in a manner that is consistent with the campus.

The ASI Budget Allocation and Spending Committee has developed procedures for requesting and spending ASI funds. Please review the procedures below to get a general overview of what is permissible to request.

BASC Procedures

Campus Departments:

 In the past, ASI has allocated a portion of funding to help support integral programs overseen by the Division of Student Affairs. If you would like ASI to assist in funding programs for fiscal year 2012-2013 please register for a mandatory budget workshop below. The DEADLINE to register is Monday, February 6th.

Student Organizations and ASI Entities:

A major priority of ASI is to provide funding to recognized student organizations and ASI entities. If you would like to request ASI funding for fiscal year 2012-2013 please register for a mandatory budget workshop below. Organizations can have multiple representatives at the mandatory budget workshop. Student organizations who have selective membership (i.e. grade point average restrictions, gender restrictions, etc) are ineligible for funding. Sports clubs are also ineligible for funding and must request their budgets through Campus Recreation. The DEADLINE to register is Monday, February 6th.
