CSU Channel Islands ASI/Student Union is not responsible or liable for the following:

• Lost or stolen tickets purchased online or in person.
• Any theme park operating hours or changes in these hours. Hours of operation may be found on the theme parks’ website.
• Expired e-tickets. It is the buyers’ responsibility to make sure they are purchasing tickets for the correct time of expected use.
• Ticket prices are subject to change without notice by the theme park or the ASI staff.

Tickets that are purchased online using the hyperlinks below are operated by the theme parks. These parks may vary in methods of online transactions, ticket printing options, and processing fees. CSU Channel Islands and ASI are not responsible for any complications, misinformation or errors that occur during the process.

• Any grievances or complications when purchasing tickets online are to be directed to the theme park that the tickets were purchased from.

Tickets purchased through CSU Channel Islands ASI are non-refundable and are non-returnable.
