Informal Recruitment
(Begins Fall 2024)
Informal recruitment is continuous open bidding. Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is an informal process that sororities and fraternities use to take in new members. Formal recruitment will occur in Spring 2025. COB is where the chapters of CSUCI hold their own informal events to get to know potential new members better. Each chapter does it differently.
"As a young adult in a new environment, we search for promising opportunities and
lifelong connections. Not only did Greek life offer this, but it opened my eyes to
a
whole world of unique cultures and perspectives."
